A Cloud Solutions Provider, or CSP, enables IT resellers to sell licenses plus provides support to ensure their own business objectives.
What is an Indirect Partner?
As an indirect partner, Giacom can pass on any RRP discounts offered by a vendor, such as Microsoft, and offer a more tailored solution to a reseller.
What is a reseller?
An IT reseller is a company that purchases cloud solutions from a CSP, like Giacom, and sells it to end users.
What is a cloud service?
A cloud service is an on-demand solution made available via the Internet from a server. Cloud services can include solutions such as backup, recovery, productivity, and voice & connectivity.
What is a vendor?
Vendors are companies offering products or solutions. We work with a range of vendors, including Microsoft, Vade and Symantec, to provide a variety of products to our customers and are constantly looking to expand our portfolio.

What services and products do you offer?
We offer a range of solutions including Office 365, Azure, Bitdefender, and our own Cloud Network Drive. As well as cloud solutions, our Academy offers easy to use, fully rebrandable marketing materials. Licensing is simple, switching is easy, and our UK based technical support are always on hand to support you.

In the cloud you can access files, work remotely as though you were in the office, and even collaborate remotely. Even if you're away from work, or your office server is inaccessible, data in the cloud is always up to date and available whenever, wherever.

Is it free to partner with Giacom?
Of course! We partner with world-class vendors to sell their solutions at an exclusive rate for our resellers - all of which is agreed at contract. We'll never charge you to sell your solution through us.
What is a MPN ID?
A Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) ID is a way to identify you as part of the Microsoft Partner community. It's assigned to your organisation only and is used throughout the Microsoft network to verify that you can sell, distribute and administrate Microsoft licenses to your customers.
Where do I find my MPN ID?
When you enroll into the Microsoft Partner Network, you will be automatically assigned an MPN ID. This can be found in the top right-hand corner once you log into partner.microsoft.com. Click on the 'View Account' button on your profile and you'll be able to see the organisation your MPN ID is linked to. You can go to Partner Center to manage your profile and settings.
Do you offer any Microsoft incentives?
Yes, we do. Microsoft Incentives run quarterly, for six months, or across the whole financial year. For reference, Microsoft's financial year ends on 30 June. You can find Microsoft's current incentives via the Services navigation menu on cloudmarket.com.
How do I sign up?
Signing up with Giacom is easy and only takes a few short minutes! Simply fill in our reseller form with a few of your details, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How much does it cost?
Signing up with Giacom is free. With no contract or tie-ins, you'll have access to exclusive discounts and our vast porfolio of products in our cloud portal all free of charge.
Will I get an account manager?
Yes, each of our active resellers are appointed to their own Account Manager when they sign up.
Is there a contract?
We don't believe in contracts or tie-ins here at Giacom. Our simple, monthly billing allows you the freedom to switch off your account when and if necessary. The only thing we ask you to sign is our Reseller agreement to make sure we both get the most out of our partnership.
How will I be billed?
Billing is on the 27th of each month, and you will receive one invoice for all your customer services.
How do I manage my account?
You can manage your account in the cloud.market portal using your unique log-ins. From here, you can update your personal details, manage customers, view your upcoming bill and so much more.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum spend/order to sign up to Giacom.
Do you offer training or sales materials?
Of course. Our Academy and Knowledge Portal (which are accessible via the cloud.market portal once logged in) are packed full of marketing and sales resource, training materials and more. All of our marketing materials can be whitelabelled with your own branding free of charge.

How do I unsubscribe from your marketing communications?
You can easily unsubscribe in one of three ways:
1. Click the unsubscribe button from a recent email we've sent you.
