Giacom exists to make our partners’ lives easier as they navigate the vital and often complex process of migrating their SMB customers to the cloud.

The world of IT services moves at rapid pace, so we go the extra mile to simplify, speed up, and reduce the challenges that our partners – and their customers – face every day, from security to collaboration, storage to communications.

Our advantage is that we think the way they do. We might be celebrating our twentieth anniversary this year, but we are a 20-year-old start-up.

Early Adopters

Unlike many of our competitors who were “born in the cloud”, we were there at its inception. We helped drive its acceleration, using it to transform our own business. We’re proud to be a Microsoft Gold Partner and one of its first indirect Cloud Service Providers.

While Microsoft and many of our competitors focus mostly on large enterprises, we’re dedicated to helping smaller and more diversified businesses excel – through access to MS products and support as well as complementary product sets such as security and backup.

Our Cloud Market provisioning and management platform gives our partners the ability to rapidly deploy software and assign it to their customers.

Dedicated SME Support

One key differentiator is the on-demand support that we offer our customers. The support is tech-enabled, with the Giacom Knowledgebase and Academy, but backed by a team that cares and always goes the extra mile – offering outstanding tech support, as well as tailored marketing materials.

In these ways, we can save our customers time and effort – on everything from admin to integrations. We can even add an API link directly into their billing software to reduce friction.

Our watchword is simplicity – Giacom Cloud Market services are simple to use, simple to sell, simple to pay for, and it’s simple to get help.

This is why we’ve grown our business so successfully with our partners, who in turn support the many small and medium companies that form the backbone of the UK economy, that we continue to be recognised year after year in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 fastest growing companies and the Yorkshire Post Fastest 50 awards.

We were founded in Hull and have remained here as we’ve grown. Today we employ more than 70 people. Our team is friendly, tight-knit, and focused on always being innovative, trusted experts for all of our customers.
