What is the cost of Cloud Server?

How many users can you add?
There is no limitation to the number of users with Cloud Server.
Is the daily back up a full VM backup or a granular files and folder backup?
Both - Backup provides the ability to restore at a VM level or granularly with files and folders.
What is Cloud Server's SLA and response times?
Our uptime SLA is 99.9% and response times are typically within one hour.
Is the server IP shared with other cloud services?
No, it’s not shared with other Cloud Servers, and with respect to public and private, IPs are unique for each Cloud Server.
Is there a contract?
We don't believe in contracts or tie-ins here at Giacom. Our simple, monthly billing allows you the freedom to switch off your account when and if necessary.
