Who are Gamma?

What is Direct Routing by Gamma?
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is the flexible, accessible and cost-effective alternative to Microsoft Calling Plans allowing you to make and receive calls external to your business from Microsoft Teams.
Gamma has built a bespoke Direct Routing architecture to enable full voice capability natively into Microsoft Teams.
Any company using Office 365 and Microsoft Teams as their unified communications tool can implement Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams from Gamma as their preferred provider for voice and benefit from cost savings, increased functionality and support for migration.
What minutes bundle is available with Direct Routing?
Unlimited 01, 02, 03 and UK mobile calls.
Is the minutes bundle pooled across the Gamma Direct Routing end point?
Yes, the available minutes are aggregated across all users.
Is it possible to increase and decrease the number of users during the contract term?
Yes, the product is inherently flexible to adapt to the changing business environment.
Is there an international minutes bundle available for Direct Routing customers?
You can make international calls and be charged per minute based on rate card. Alternatively, you can purchase the international calls bundle.
Does every MS Teams user still require a Microsoft Business Voice licence with Gamma Direct Routing?
Not all M365 licences need to be aligned to a MS Business Voice Licence, but Yes, every user who requires voice enablement will requires a MS Business Voice licence. As an example, a customer tenant may include 1000 users, but you could choose only to enable a subset of those users for PSTN voice, say 800.
How do I claim the offer?
If you attend one of our Gamma Direct Routing demo sessions you will qualify to receive 30 days free on your 1st customer order.
You can claim your free 30-day free period by provisioning the “Microsoft Teams Direct Routing” SKU between the eligible dates.
The credit will be automatically applied to your next invoice following the provisioning date.
The value of the credit will be dependant on the number of users added. The credit per user will be £3.25
If the order is cancelled prior to the end of the 30-day period, you will receive a prorated credit for the period the service was live.
Which licences are available as part of the offer?
The offer is only available on the below SKU:

Is there a limit to number of users that we can add for our first order?
There is no limit to the number of users who will receive the first 30 day free, so long as these are all placed with the initial order.
What period does the offer cover?
The offer will be available between 1st January 2021 to 31st March 2021. The demo session and initial customer order needs to be completed in this period.
What happens after the free 30 day offer?
If you continue with the service following the free 30-day period, you will be charged at the standard rate of £3.25 per user.
Promotional offer terms & conditions
1.1 The (“Offer”) is a Giacom initiative only and is not associated with any other companyor other third party. Further details of the Offer are set out insection 2 of these Terms and Conditions below.
1.2 We are Giacom World Networks Limited (Giacom), whose registered office address is at Bridge Haven One, Saxon Way, Priory Park, Hessle, HU13 9PG.
1.3 The Offer is available to any company or individual which (A) has a signed current reseller agreement with us and (B) has a valid customer reference (MEX) number.
1.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not available to anybody who has an agreement with us on an ‘end user’ basis.
2. The offer
2.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
(a) The “Offer” shall mean with effect from 1st January 2021 until 31st March 2021, we are providing a 30-day free period for an initial customer deployment if you attend a Gamma direct routing demo session;
(b) The Offer is limited to one activation per reseller with a verified MEX number and will be applied to your first deployment following the demo session
(c) Eligible products provisioned will have a credit automatically applied to the following invoice
(d) The value of the credit will be £3.25 per user if the service is used for the full 30-day period. If the service is cancelled prior to the end of the 30-day period, you will receive a prorated credit for the period the service was active
(e) If you continue with the service following the free 30-day period, you will be charged at the standard rate of £3.25 per user per month
3. Limitation of liability
3.1 We shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including but not limited to our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation). Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall limit or affect your statutory rights.
3.2 We will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment incurred or suffered by any person in accordance with the Offer.
3.3 We exclude our liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s participation in, or downloading of any materials in connection with, the Offer.
3.4 We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by the act or default of a third-party supplier or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind).
4. Additional terms
4.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the Offer.
4.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and retain the right to withdraw the offer at any point.
