Giacom reaches 150,000 Microsoft Office 365 seats

Giacom Cloud Market has reached a significant milestone today with 150,000 Microsoft Office 365 seats licensed – solidifying Giacom as the UK’s largest Microsoft Indirect CSPs.
The Giacom Cloud Market, which is operated by Hull-based Giacom World Networks, originally launched its Microsoft Office 365 offering in early 2015. Since then, the company has tripled the product’s seats in just one year, making it one of the fastest selling services in the Giacom Cloud Market.

The arrival of Microsoft Office 365 in the Giacom Cloud Market has placed Giacom in a strong financial position, with revenues expected to double this financial year to more than £13m, strengthened from the backing of leading mid-market private equity investor LDC, part of the Lloyds Banking Group, in May last year.

Between 70 and 100 IT resellers join the Cloud Marketplace each month, who in turn resell a range of cloud services – such as Signature Hosted Exchange, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure – to their own clients.
